cancellation policy
The best way to book is via our online booking system (Zenoti).
In order to book, you will be asked to add your payment card details to our secure system. You will not normally be charged a deposit or upfront fee apart from the following services: Morpheus8, Lumecca and Event Tickets
You are welcome to cancel or change your consultation or treatment up to 24 hours in advance without charge. If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours or do not arrive for your appointment, the full value of the consultation/treatment will be applied to the stored card.
If you are a KinClub member and you do not attend your booked monthly KinClub treatment or fail to give us more than 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will miss that month’s treatment but will still be charged your monthly membership fee.
We offer free review appointments after some procedures. If you do not attend a booked review appointment or give us less than 24 hours of a cancellation/rescheduling then any rescheduled review appointment will be charged at £50.
As a small business, we unfortunately cannot withstand multiple last minute appointment cancellations and no-shows. This cancellation policy is in place so that we can continue to provide the high quality experience you expect.
